Property auction service fee schedule is land use rights to allocate land with the collection of land use fees or to lease land

1 From VND 1 billion or less 13.64 million VND + 1% of the difference in land use right value at the winning price with the starting price
2 From over 1 billion VND to 5 billion VND 22.73 million VND + 1% of the difference in land use right value at the winning price with the starting price
3 From over VND 5 billion to VND 10 billion 31.82 million VND + 1% of the difference in land use right value at the winning price with the starting price
4 From over 10 billion VND to 50 billion VND 40.91 million VND + 1% of the difference in land use right value at the winning price with the starting price
5 From over VND 50 billion to over VND 100 billion VND 50.00 million + 1% of the difference in land use right value at the winning price at the starting price
6 From over 100 billion VND 59.09 million VND + 1% of the difference in land use right value according to the winning price at the starting price

Note : The maximum remuneration for each asset value bracket based on the starting price does not exceed VND 300,000,000 / contract

3 From over 100 million VND to 500 million VND 3.82 million VND + 3% of the difference in the value of the asset at the winning price at the starting price
4 From over VND 500 million to VND 1 billion 14.18 million VND + 2% of the difference in value of the asset at the winning price at the starting price
5 From over 1 billion VND to over 5 billion VND 22.64 million VND + 1.5% of the difference in value of the asset at the winning price at the starting price
6 From over VND 5 billion to VND 10 billion 32.45 million VND + 1.4% of the difference in the value of the asset at the winning price at the starting price
7 From over 10 billion VND to 20 billion VND 38.41 million VND + 1.3% of the difference in asset value at the winning price with the starting price
8 From over 20 billion VND to over 50 billion VND 40.91 million VND + 1.2% of the difference in asset value at the winning price with the starting price
9 From over VND 50 billion VND 50.00 million + 1% of the difference in asset value at the winning price at the starting price
